Terms of Service

   General provisions

   These terms of service define the rules for using the website artechconsult.com operated by Artech Consult sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Rzeczna 10, 89-200 Nadkanale, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under number KRS 0000959074, NIP 5542999451, REGON 520817253(the “Service Provider”).

   The Service Provider can be contacted at: kontakt@artechconsult.com.

   Using the website constitutes acceptance of these terms. The website is addressed primarily to businesses (B2B relations).

   Scope of services

   Through the website, the Service Provider provides in particular:

   • information about consulting and implementation services in the field of Applied AI,
   • contact forms and free consultation booking,
   • the Applied AI Test — a free tool for an initial assessment of a company's readiness to implement artificial intelligence, together with an automatically generated report.

   Content presented on the website is for information purposes only and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code. Detailed terms of cooperation are agreed each time in a separate contract.

   Technical requirements

   Using the website requires a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript enabled. The Service Provider makes every effort to keep the website working properly, but reserves the possibility of technical interruptions resulting from maintenance or development of the website.

4. 04

   Contact and consultations

   Sending an inquiry via the form or booking a consultation is free of charge and does not oblige you to conclude a contract. The Service Provider responds to inquiries using the contact details provided.

   Providing data in the form is voluntary but necessary to receive a response. Data processing rules are described in the Privacy Policy.

5. 05

   Applied AI Test

   The Applied AI Test is a free tool of an indicative nature. The test result and the generated report are based solely on the answers given by the user and are for illustrative purposes.

   • Completing the test does not entail any financial obligations or any requirement of further cooperation.
   • The report is generated automatically by an AI-based system and does not replace expert assessment or individual consulting.
   • Business decisions made on the basis of the report remain the sole responsibility of the user.

   An in-depth, documented assessment is provided by the separate, paid AI Readiness Audit service.

6. 06

   Copyright

   All website content, including texts, graphics, layout and code, as well as methodological materials, reports and service descriptions, is protected by copyright and is owned by the Service Provider or used under appropriate rights.

   Copying, distributing or using the website content for commercial purposes without the Service Provider's consent is prohibited. The report received as part of the Applied AI Test may be used by the user for the internal needs of their company.

7. 07

   Complaints

   Comments and complaints regarding the operation of the website or the tools provided can be submitted to kontakt@artechconsult.com. A complaint should include a description of the problem and the contact details of the person submitting it.

   The Service Provider handles complaints without undue delay, no later than within 14 days of receipt, and communicates the outcome using the contact details provided.

8. 08

   Final provisions

   The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these terms for important reasons, in particular changes in the scope of services or in the law. The current version of the terms is always available on this page, and the date of the last update appears at the beginning of the document.

   In matters not covered by these terms, Polish law applies, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
