Engagement model
Implementation Partnership
Ongoing collaboration following the first Pilot Implementation: expanding the portfolio of AI micro-applications into further departments, working with teams, and advisory support in a single monthly subscription.
Three intensity levels. Minimum three-month contract, month-to-month thereafter. Pricing provided after the consultation.
Overview
What the Implementation Partnership is
The Implementation Partnership is a monthly collaboration model that follows the first Pilot Implementation. It combines in a single subscription two functions that previously fell into separate packages: building further tools in subsequent departments, and ongoing advisory and mentoring for the client's team.
It is intended for a company that has seen the value of Applied AI in one department and wants to introduce AI in stages, across further departments and processes, without halting the current work of its teams. The burden of building the tools stays with Artech. Process optimization proceeds alongside the company's ongoing operations.
The collaboration is based on a minimum three-month contract, continued month-to-month thereafter. No multi-year commitments. The client retains full control over the scope and pace of further implementations.
Scope
What the subscription covers
A single monthly subscription covers building, deployment, advisory, and maintenance. The balance between them is matched to the intensity level and the current phase of the collaboration.
Building in further departments
Further AI micro-applications are built in subsequent departments of the company, at a pace matched to the intensity level. The burden of building the tools stays with Artech.
Working with teams and training
Rolling out tools in departments, working with users, and training on their use at an agreed pace. Team competence grows along with the portfolio.
Ongoing strategic advisory
Regular sessions with the management board and mentoring for the people leading technical work inside the company, availability for technology decisions and non-standard situations.
Periodic portfolio audits
A review of deployed tools with respect to modernization, data updates, and security policy, as the portfolio grows.
Variants
Three intensity levels
The choice of level depends on the pace of implementation, the availability of the client's team, and the current scope of work across departments.
Basic
A gradual pace of implementation at a minimal subscription. Emphasis shifts toward tool maintenance and team mentoring, when the company carries out most of the work itself.
Standard
recommendedThe optimal ratio of implementation pace to subscription scale. Building further tools, working with teams, and ongoing advisory in a single rhythm. The most commonly chosen level.
Intensive
A high pace of delivery, the ability to run work in two departments in parallel, and full strategic presence for major decisions.
Detailed parameters for each level — hours of Artech team work, session structure, presence at the client's premises, monthly pricing — are provided in the offer proposal after the consultation.
Fit
When it makes sense
The Implementation Partnership is matched to companies after their first implementation, at various stages of building internal competence.
A backlog ready for delivery
The Pilot Implementation concluded with a list of a dozen or so further areas for automation. Some are ready for immediate start, with a defined solution description, data within reach, and a clear success criterion. The Implementation Partnership works through that list without a break between successive implementations.
Expansion into further departments
The Pilot Implementation demonstrated the value of Applied AI in one department, and a decision follows to expand into further ones. The model allows work to continue in subsequent departments while preserving methodological continuity, without halting the teams' current work.
Maintenance and development in one package
The first deployed solutions require regular maintenance: data updates, adjustments to process changes, minor modifications. New needs arise in parallel. The Implementation Partnership combines both functions in a single subscription.
A maturing portfolio under ongoing care
As the client's team builds internal technical competence and takes over part of the work, the weight of the collaboration shifts toward strategic advisory, mentoring, and periodic portfolio audits. The same subscription covers both phases without changing the contract.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can the intensity level be changed during the contract?
Yes. A change of level takes effect from the next billing month. The decision rests with the client, based on the current scope of work, and does not require renegotiating the contract terms or signing annexes.
What happens if the scope of work for a given month is not used?
The monthly scope does not accumulate and does not carry over to the next month. In months of lower intensity, the Artech team shifts effort toward tool maintenance, documentation, mentoring, or preparing upcoming projects.
What does the Artech team's presence at the client's premises look like?
Work follows a hybrid model: part at the company's premises (meetings with department teams, strategic sessions), part remote (development work and maintenance). The split of days depends on the intensity level and is set at the start of each month in a planning meeting.
What happens after the minimum three-month contract?
The collaboration continues month-to-month with no automatic extension. Termination with 30 days' notice is available at any point after the first three months. No penalties, no automatic contract escalation.
Can a Pilot Implementation run in parallel in a new department?
Yes. An Implementation Partnership in one or several departments alongside a parallel Pilot Implementation in a new department is a typical scenario. The first implementation in the new department remains a separate contract, delivered without pausing the ongoing collaboration. The schedule and division of team involvement is agreed individually.
Does the Implementation Partnership qualify for financing?
Yes. The model covers building and deploying tools, so it falls within the eligible expenses of digital transformation grant programs. Current programs and the scope of eligible costs are described separately on the Grants page.
