AI Readiness Audit

- For whom
- Companies before their first investment decision in AI, or in the process of applying for a grant.
- What remains
- A 12-month AI implementation roadmap, based on a thorough diagnosis of the company's processes and data.
- Format
- On-site work, 1 to 3 days depending on scale, a report proportional to scope. One-time price, finalized after a consultation.
Pilot Implementation

- For whom
- Companies that have completed an AI Readiness Audit or have a documented starting area, ready for a first implementation focused on a single department.
- What remains
- A working AI micro-application in the chosen department, technical and operational documentation, and initial team competence to maintain the tool.
- Format
- On-site work, within one chosen department.
Pilot Implementation comes in six area-specific variants. The mechanics are shared, only the catalog of typical problem areas within the given department differs.
Implementation Partnership

- For whom
- Companies after their first Pilot Implementation, ready to introduce AI across the organization in stages, department by department and process by process, without halting the teams' ongoing work.
- What remains
- A growing portfolio of AI micro-applications across departments, increasing team competence, ongoing advisory support and periodic portfolio audits.
- Format
- A monthly subscription at three intensity levels. Building, deploying across departments, working with teams and training on an agreed rhythm. The burden of building the tools stays with Artech.
AI tools training
Team training on widely available AI tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini. Focus on practical application in the department's daily work, prompt engineering, and using the tools for the team's specific tasks. Scope tailored to the department, not a generic course.
Available as a standalone service or as part of an Implementation Partnership.
Where to start
AI Readiness Audit and Pilot Implementation are entry points, with no prerequisites. Implementation Partnership usually follows a first pilot. The choice of model depends on the company's stage of maturity and the goal of its AI implementations in the coming months.
