This policy describes what personal data we collect on the Artech Consult website, for what purposes and on what legal basis we process it, and what rights data subjects have. Processing is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

  1. 01

    Data controller

The controller of personal data processed in connection with the use of the website artechconsult.com is Artech Consult sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Rzeczna 10, 89-200 Nadkanale, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under number KRS 0000959074, NIP 5542999451, REGON 520817253.

In all matters concerning personal data protection, you can contact us at: kontakt@artechconsult.com.

  2. 02

    Scope of collected data

We process only the data you provide to us voluntarily via:

    • the contact form and the consultation booking form (name and surname, e-mail address, optionally company name and phone number, message content),
    • the Applied AI Test (answers to the test questions and the e-mail address provided for report delivery),
    • direct e-mail correspondence addressed to us.

We do not collect special categories of personal data. Using the website does not require creating an account.

  3. 03

Purposes and legal bases of processing

We process personal data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:

    • Handling inquiries and contact (forms, e-mail) — based on our legitimate interest in responding and conducting correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
    • Generating and delivering the Applied AI Test report — based on the consent given when completing the test and in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
    • Marketing and consulting activities (e.g. an introductory contact by a consultant after completing the test) — based on consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any time.
    • Contract performance and legal obligations (e.g. settlements with clients) — based on Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.
  4. 04

    Data retention period

We keep data from contact forms and correspondence for the period necessary to handle the matter and for the time resulting from our legitimate interest, no longer than necessary.

We keep Applied AI Test answers and contact details for the purposes of generating the report and further consulting communication until consent is withdrawn. Data related to concluded contracts is kept for the period required by law (including tax and accounting regulations).

  5. 05

    Data recipients and processors

Data is not sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes. The website and the data are hosted on Artech Consult's own server infrastructure.

As part of generating the Applied AI Test report, the answers may be processed by an AI model provider acting as a processor, under a data processing agreement, solely for the purpose of generating the report. The provider does not use the submitted content to train models. We also use the services of an e-mail provider to deliver the report and conduct correspondence.

  6. 06

    Rights of data subjects

    You have the right to:

    • access your data and obtain a copy of it,
    • rectify (correct) your data,
    • erase your data,
    • restrict processing,
    • data portability,
    • object to processing based on legitimate interest,
    • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

To exercise the above rights, please contact us at kontakt@artechconsult.com. We delete data from our database upon first request. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).

  7. 07

    Cookies and technical data

The website uses only cookies and technical data necessary for its proper functioning. We do not use tracking or profiling files for advertising purposes.
